Currently, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager for the Notino brand who will be responsible for shaping and promoting our brand identity through 27 countries Notino operates. You will be mainly responsible for brand 360 campaigns from the idea to the execution.

What will you do:
- Execute and Localize Brand Strategy - Translate global brand strategy into locally relevant plans and executions, ensuring consistency across all markets and touchpoints.
- Lead Notino-led 360° Campaigns - Plan and drive the execution of fully integrated 360° campaigns initiated by Notino across key channels — including owned media, social, influencer marketing, PR, and retail.
- Ensure Brand Consistency in Co-created Campaigns - Act as a guardian of brand positioning in vendor / co-created campaigns, ensuring all outputs are aligned with Notino’s brand identity and communication standards.
- Collaborate with Ambassadors & Ensure Deliverables - Communicate with Notino ambassadors and key talents, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of agreed outputs in line with campaign and brand requirements.
- Drive Creative Development - Collaborate with brand, design, and copy teams to deliver high-quality creative concepts that align with the brand strategy and resonate with target audiences.
- Own End-to-End Project Delivery - Manage brand marketing projects from planning to execution — ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, and that outputs are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor Trends & Apply Insights - Track trends across digital, social, YouTube, TV, e-commerce, and the beauty industry, and proactively apply relevant insights to campaign execution.
- Manage Campaign Budgets - Support effective allocation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient execution and maximizing campaign impact.
- Track and Evaluate Performance - Analyze campaign and brand performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future executions.
What do you need for this role:
- At least 1+ year of experience in brand marketing, or 3 years of experience in general marketing.
- Czech and English language at communication level, at least B2, is needed.
- Experiences with campaign management, production and project management.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Very strong organizational skills.
- Creative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
