This role is set up in Czechia OR Romania (Lugor or Timisoara) and working from abroad is not possible, nor relocation package is provided for this role.
What is going to be a part of your workload?
- Providing our Romanian clients with support via e-mail and calls
- Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order
- Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse
- Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
- Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews

- Proficient knowledge of Romanian language both written and spoken
